colder plugs
ok so i see everyone says get colder plugs, but how do u get colder plugs....i mean when u go get some how do u deteremine if they are colder....like if say u go get some NGK or Denso plugs, do u say u want some Denso or NGk plugs but at a colder rating to the sales guy???? or is there another way of doing it...number description wise or are there jus certain brands that are colder...sorry im slow
Yeah, just ask the sales person for a colder plug. They won't run to the back and stick a set in the cooler or anything. They'll know the term. I can't remember NGKs number for a step colder. BTW, why do you want to go colder?
Go and get the stock model number for the spark plug for you car then adjust that model number. For example the NGK spark plugs for my 2001 accord are ZFR5F one step colder is ZFR6F. NGKs numbers go up for colder. Everyone else I think go down.
nopi has them. you can go to your local kragens/autozone/checkers/schucks/pepboys or whatever auto parts store and ask them to order it and price match nopi.com i run ngk bkr7e plugs w/ my nitrous setup
