Hey everyone, my sunroof seems to skip a little bit when opening and was wondering if there is any easy ways to clean the tracks?

 

I just added some silicone grease to the tracks and it fixed that problem up

 

Wipe any dirt, dust etc from the rails, followed by a liberal application of lithium grease. Should do the trick

 

cleaning the rails and using silicone lube worked on my car initially. but now my problem is the plastic that slides on the rail, so i would have to replace it. your car is 1997 right? cleaning and using silicone should be fine for now.!

 

Clean the tracks with alcohol first then apply lithum grease

Do not use any solvent to clean it. It'll gunk up and make it worse.
