what to do with a/c sensors/wires?

what to do with a/c sensors/wires?
I've taken out all the a/c components in my engine bay. (compressor, condensor, fan, lines, etc) For those of you who've done this already, what did you do with your sensors/wires? For now I have them zip tied out of the way. Just curious to what you guys have done.
