Which do think is a better swap ?
I plan on doing a swap, but I'm still researching the best combination of swaps with both cars and engines. The lightest car that I could find was a CRX and the biggest engine I could find was a H22. What do you guys think the best swap is out there for both performance and cost ?
So, far I came up with CRX with a H22 or B16 with a turbo. Both have there up and downs, but I wanted to here what your thoughs. It's kind of a,"If I could do it again, what would I do ?"

here we go again! well ok guy, my guess is no one would reply to this post just because it was posted so many times. what i suggest next time is using the search function first. You will find countless opinions on what swaps are faster. Ill let this one slide and help you out.
Swaps depend on 2 things, 1 how fast you wanna go. 2 how much money you got. If moneys no issue, you can get anything to fit. h22 will go fit, but you will have to cut, pound, and curse away at the engine bay. It will be fast but only in a straight line. If you want a daily drivable car, you could go with b16a, b18c, b18b, ls/vtec. Theres a bunch of diff combinations you could do, for na i would stick with b16a or b18c, their high revvers and nicely modded. If you wanan go forced induction i would go with b18b, its lower compression and the torque on it is very nice.

i would get a gsr motor and build it up or a typeR motor, i dont like the B16 cause of lack of torque with H22 forget handling, it really depends what u expect from the car and what u want to do with it.
build yourself a crvtec, you will get power and torque and if you put some low comp pistons in it drop in a drag III kit on it andyou will fly......
seeing as though people are giving their opinions i will throw in mine.
If you are just gonna do drag and want it to be a daily driver, go with a b18b turbo, the torque is really nice and the power tops you out at top end. Great combination. plus its cheap!

I don't plan drive this thing in the street, just for the drag strip. Probably, the time I drive this on the street is to get it to the shop, which is about 5 miles away, other than that it's going to be trailor to the drag strip.

We ran a 91 crx si with a bone stock b16 at 14psi and it ran 11.2 BONE STOCK. Chasis was stripped and lightened, lexan all the way........
