what all would you be planning on doing to the motor. if you were gonna keep stock internals?

Maybe if he really knows what he is doing and runs some crazy compression. But I doubt that if it's just the 1.6 liter SI motor he would be building.

i have doubts of a b16a makin 242whp all motor maybe he has a different motor in the car. it doesnt have to be a b16a in the car even if its a 99si

sleeve it, stroke it, bore it to 84mm, head work, cams, ITB, and great tuning...then maybe it'll hit 250whp

hah! maybe a 2 liter b16 running 13:1 compression and every NA mod possible.... 242 whp on b series is SICK, especially on pump gas... i would go laugh in his face

btw an si with ihe and cams would be around 155-175(estimation)

Of course you can! I've got 5 or 6 of those out in my backyard, but they're kinda weak though. Now I'm working on my 400whp NA Type-Arrrrr motor.
