Default Stock ignition and FPR limitations?

Just wanted some info. and feedback on any possible HP limitations on these stock components. I'm well on my way to 400whp with bone stock ignition and stock FPR on my turbo ITR, tuned with Hondata.
The reason I'm asking is that many people are suprised that I'm making this type of power with these OEM parts. If I recall correctly many people are making just as much power and even much more with stock ignition and FPR's correct?
Thanks.
Mark

I have done 420whp awhile back on a personal stock block gsr, stock everything including ignition (colder plugs) and stock fpr. I have done 475whp on a customers car, stock ignition and fpr. You only need to upgrade to a better capacity coil if you are blowing out the spark, or a colder plug with a tigher gap. You only need to upgrade to a adjustable fpr if you are trying to squeeze more out of your injectors. I am going for 550whp region stock ignition, fuel lines, fuel rail, fpr. I am 99% positive I wont have any issues judging from past results.
