my rims came today and they look really nice plus I only paid to get the red inserts (he wanted $20 extra for the blue ones) but I guess he forgot to take them out so I got them too! fedex slips have the boxes at 15lbs each so my rims weigh about 14lbs each I'd say! bonus!

Also, I went to bestbuy to pickup the final fantasy XI pc game but they apparently didn't have that however, I managed to confuse the poor guy enough by asking for both the final fantasy XI game, the final fantasy X-2 game, AND the X-men 2 dvd that when he saw they had 266 in stock but not on the floor he assumed they just hadn't gotten around to putting them out yet. He went and got me one and then went to look for FFXI and came back and said he was sold out of it and that I shouldn't even have the x-2 dvd yet as it's not out till next week but to just take it anyway! sweet!

I didn't argue. even the guy at the counter was like, "this is out yet?" I said "they gave it to me so I guess so" and he said "sweet! I'm getting this **** after I get off" snicker snicker :lol2:

oh well, it turned out to be fullscreen when I got it home but hell, I don't care, I got it early

no idea heh. They are 16x7" with 40mm offset and going on a 98 civic with a 2" drop and correct caster/camber.

I was thinking about 205/50r16's but would those be too wide or too tall?? help me pick a good tire size for these! thanks guys!

I say 215/45/16 or 205/45/16

haha whichever store that gave you the copy of X-2 is going to be hearing from lawyers. i heard stores are not supposed to sell unreleased DVDs until their due dates or they'll be fined. hah well all ends well in your favor.

and you must think I'm going to tell? I've known about that rule a while and that's the only thing that kept me from putting it up on eBay as soon as I got home

I knew my *** would be getting calls for sure, though I could have asked any price I wanted with overnight shipping....some file sharer would have paid $$ to get it before it hit the market

yeah, their toxxin copies for a quarter of the price I paid $290 shipped for the whole set. I'm probably going to go with the red centers since I'm going to do the poor man's "baer" caliper upgrade in red
