Default Question about type-s valvetrain

Can you use the jdm prelude type-s valvetrain on a h22a with stock usdm cams.. Also will this help a little with valve not bending so quickly from missed shifts.. This is the second time I have bent my valves and I wanted to see if I could make it better with the type-s valvetrain

no it will not save you, but yes the valvetrain can be used with stock cams. Why not just upgrade to webs srings or any other reputable brands? A mechanical miss-shift will still have the potential for valve damage, but the aftermarket springs will help with better valve control in the event the RPM's suddenly increasing. The reason for that is les valve "float:.
