I think it's harder to get into PRI, you have to show a biz licensce, tax ID, or pay stub-they don't care about biz cards like sema. but it won't cost you anything like sema

 

You need to be either show up with business license, vendor license and reseller license. Or as employee, you need pay stubs.

A simple business card will not let you in, It is free to get in though..
