Enhanced Air/Fuel, Vtec engagement 5700RPM, Rev up to 8K, more responsive throtte, from what I have noticed.... more... but I don't know all the specs.

OEM computer, like new, never chipped or modified, was purchased new, not from salvaged car.

from what I heard, on the JDM ITR, there is a speed limiter like up to only 113miles or so...

I don't think this one has it, it is an 98one.
