i bought a car from a guy up here in CT and he was supposed to send me teh title as soon as he moved to florida, thats where he had the title locked away. i never have gotten the title. if any of you are local to this adress where he is staying which is his friends house

did you already pay for the car? have you checked the vin number on car fax?
