can't wait till it goes in!

setup for those who haven't seen it

77mm D16Z6 Golden Eagle Sleeved Block
JE 77mm 9:1 Pistons
Eagle H-Beam Rods
Cometic 77mm Standard Headgasket
Stock Head (For now)
ARP Headstuds
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
H22A Throttlebody
Golden Eagle Fuel Rail
Precision 880cc Injectors (dsm 450's just to start off)

maybe a week or so. gotta find time to get the car up there (i think rod bearing going it makes some funky sounds and cant' drive for too long without stalling)

Is building a D much cheaper than building the other honda engines?

That's a beautiful engine! Now, how did you learn how to put it all together? How did you figure out what size bearings to get and did you plastigauge too? I've searched but found nothing to guide me into putting it together on my own. Anyways, looks great!

because everyone is starting to realize that for the same amount of $, you can have 400whp in a D series, or a GSR swap to start fresh again. For a street car, 400whp is WAY more than will ever be used, especially in FWD trim
