Is b18a oil pan the same as the b18b?

Is b18a oil pan the same as the b18b?
I need to tap an oil pan for a oil return line, but i dont want downtime for my car. So I need to pick up an extra oil pan. A buddy of mine has a b18a pan, but I have a b18b motor. Is this the same oil pan?
