Question about IDRC's Pro-AM FWD All-Motor this weekend

Been trying to contact IDRC regarding some questions. Maybe someone would know. Pls. help!
1. Can you run your car with open exhaust
2. Can you run your car with a Non-Operational Registration.

yes on both, but check with the local track, about exhaust. idrc does not check registration, and does not worry about exhaust.
