mugen bushings same as oem itr?
it was rumored that the mugen trailing arm bushings are just oem itr bushings. i want to be sure before i order them from king.
also, i am thinking of replacing my hasport/jimfab motor mounts with something alittle softer. if the mugen mounts are just relabled oem i will save myself some $.
anyone know for sure? i read the mugen mounts actually have honda part#'s on them.
finally, does anyone know the proper sequence to torque the 5 motor mounts down? thanks

i emailed king motorsports about it, they replied and said the mugen bushings are much stiffer than oem itr.
bump for the other question about the mounts torque order.

Because there was a huge controversy about using non-OEM style rear trailing arm busings. They cause problems with the suspension geometry and binding.

i use them i dont have geometry problems and or binding for that reason,i drive hard and i did an alignment few weeks ago and i was all set on the rear, nothing had to be touched,so to each is own i guess on this argument

when the car is at rest it will not be binding, an alignment wont tell you anything. its when the suspension goes into its range of motion that a solid bushing will bind it.

reguardless,i have had energy suspension bushing for 2 rs now,no problems.....the pupose is to make the rear feel and travel less freely then oem bushings,it helps out on the bouncy ness of factory bushings, and also helps alot on sway as well when cornering......
you also gotta rember that trail arm bushing is takin all the abuse on the rear end,at rest a cheap rubber compound will rest alot more then a urethane compound, this will effect alignment, because the cheap rubber tends to feel what the weight of the car wants to do and may throw off the alignment, and will affect the toe and camber off slightly,th eurethane compound is much stronger and will keep its shape better at rest and in active use.....but i could be wrong

The mugen bushings cost about what the prothane ones do, you can't compare the ES ones on price, because they dont' come with any of the metal parts.
Reusing the metal bushing cups and post , after torching and hacksawing it out is
