Default Spoon ITR Damper/Spring(progressive) combo

My ITR is used for daily driving, auto-x and 1-2 lapping day events/yr. Is this setup good enough? Anyone have experience with these? I've also considered the TEIN FLEX system, but I really don't think I'm going to be making alot of adjustments on my suspension anyways. Does the spoon fixed setup compare to full coilover systems?

Ok from all the info I have gathered from here, my question is more about the Spoon Yellow non-adjustable shocks. Most people are recommending Bilstein shocks to match up with these springs. Since the Spoon non-adj were made to pair up with the Spoon progressives, would it be better to go with the spoon shocks instead of the Bilsteins? Not to mention the spoon shocks are made by showa.

The Spoon non-adjustables? Hell, I'd save my money and just use the stock ITR dampers and Spoon springs (but I wouldn't and didn't).

The are a couple problems with using the stock dampers. 1) the car is too low in the rear and 2) the ride is a little choppy. The spring rates are up but the dampening and rebound is still the same. That perfect balance the ITR had isn't there anymore. Still very good, but not great. Handling however is definitely better.
