Default 3.5-4k to spend...

Hey everyone...I'm going to have about 3.5-4k to spend in a few months. But I really don't know what I should buy. I was going to save it or invest it into something. I thought about complete shocks/springs/struts but I'm not sure. But I also need to repaint my car sooner or later because some dumbfcuk keyed my car while my MOM had the car. Ain't that f up. I thought about just a clean lip kit and paint it CW...since I have tan interior. Do yall have any other ideas besides swappin the auto and dropping a H22/23 I just want my car to last for a VERY LONG time thanks in advance everyone.

I don't know about getting another car...I'm 18 working PT and a freshmen in college with 18 hours...the money is coming from grants and refunds. I can't really afford any notes/insurance. ....then why are you even in this forum? we are here because we like to mod our cars, and that takes money.
