Default ls auto or 5 speed engine?

i'm going to be putting an LS motor in to my 95 cx and was wondering if it better to get an engine from an automatic because they easier to find and usually aren't driven so hard, then buying the ls tranny, etc. or should I just get the 5 speed package?

It's usually cheaper in the long run if you get the complete LS swap package if you are content with the LS as a whole. I'm not sure what your plans/intentions for the car are, but you might want to get a complete LS longblock then possibly a better geared tranny like a GSR. The GSR tranny's gearing is better than the LS but not quite as harsh on an LS motor as the ITR or Si tranny - If you do a lot of freeway/highway driving I would avoid those.
