On my power steering rack the right side of my car it started to shake alot during variations of speed. It shake starting at 15mph and higher. I jack up the car and found out there is a boot rip on the power steering rack. Also look at my right fender well. I see that the glue is breaking apart looks like going to break the chassis. While I was looking under the car I wanted to replace the boot and inner tie rod. How would I go about in doing this?
