Does anybody live near Motormatrix.com
I've ordered a intercooler from them and they have not responded to my e-mails, pms, msgs. I'm trying to get hold of them through different people and they wont answer my calls. Can someone please help. Thanx in advance

this guy has the ***** to charge me and not send my stuff. i saw my credit card statement and it shows he charged me on the 9th of this month. STILL NOTHING CAME IN THE MAIL. no tracking number, no contact, no email, no phone calls. i've been calling and all i get is a voice mail. finally i come on here the other day to see if anyone else had any problems and found him. here is a copy of my pm.

I heard from him once cause I contacted Precision. I ordered a Precision intercooler from him on Oct.19 and still havent got it. He told me that I would get it in one week and it been almost 4 weeks. He said Precision made a mistake. I talk to Brian Ballard and he told me that he had to wait for his stuff for more than a month before he got anything. I dont like bashing companies but when I pay money for product, I want my ****.

rail, oil filter sandwhich, and the vacuum port.
the sandwhich adapter was open.
the vacum port was missing moutning hardware, and also open
the rail was just a rail- no fittings what so ever. i ended up ordering a whole other rail.
they won't be seeing an of my business again.

Thats wack I always wondered about a business being run by a hard out street racer, I am glad I didn't order from him in the finish.
motormatrix is a good guy. im sure he will take car of this situation.

but thats no reason to not contact your buyers. or at least answer them when they ask you.

in my mind its best to tell the customer what exactly is goin on. i hate being lied to, and i wouldnt tell my customer a line of BS to keep them quiet.
