Default stock timing on a 2000 civic si

i just got my 00civic si back from the shop, that installed my ctr intake cam, revhard valve spring, ctr ecu,str camgears, and i think he also installed retainers not really sure. but i will like to know what is the best timing for this set up because he just advanced the intake cam 7degrease, and i will also whant to know what is the stock timing on my civic si with a b16a. whit all this set up is it ok if i rev up to 9krpm because that my new rev limit and my vtec change over is at 5krpm. thanks for your suggestions.
