Default Differences between LS / GSR / Type R / Aftermarket Fuel Rails for Bseries (<-Obviously)

Sorry for any repost, but i've done enough searches and can't bring up any pertinent info.

Question: what are the differences in the fuel rails for the different b-series (LS and Type R in my case).
I know the Type R have a bit larger bore, but i can't find these number with a few simple searches either.
I would appreciate all help. I'm planning on turbocharging the LS engine and want to upgrade the fuel delivery system beforehand
I know that some of the aftermarket fuel rails have 1/2" ports , one of them has 7/16" i believe. But, if the ITR is good for up to 400 hp fuel delivery, it might be worth saving a few bucks and not going aftermarket.

You can do 400hp with the stock rail.
