Default skunk2 valve spring upgrade

I purchased some skunk2 valvesprings for my gsr. Just wondering are they all the same (intake and exhaust sides)? and is there any up or down to the springs like stock valve springs?

Also, besides new retainers, are there any other valvetrain parts I need or should replace when upgrading the valve springs? tia

Are you using a valve spring compressor to change them or are you taking off the head?
