Default B16A distributor help! - B16A/EF swap

We are working on fixing this kids swap that he had someone else do originally. Here is a picture of the distributor:

What does the orange wire in the picture go to? There is also an orange wire and white wire off the same plug that has the wires for the CKP (blue/green & green/yellow) that plugs into the distributor. When that orange wire is hooked to B10 (CYP) and that white wire is hooked to B12 (CYP) it throws code 9 (CYP) only after you rev it past 3000 rpm. Are the orange and white wires off that plug the right CYP wires? Or is the orange right wire off the distributor the CYP wire? When the orange wire right off the distributor is hooked to B10 (CYP), it idles better and the code goes away, but then it throws code 4 (CKP) and won't rev over 3500. Any one got any ideas?
