Auto to 5 speed in a EG
How hard is this to do and what is needed if putting a LS in a auto EG? I drove a ek that had this done with a b18c and the pedals were kinds close together and I kept hitting the brake when I didn't mean to.
Do a search in the EG/Del Sol forum... there's a big thread that was done about a month ago with what steps are needed. Besides the normal stuff like hydrolic lines, slave clyinder, pedal assembly, linkage, etc, you're also going to have to either relocate the passenger side framerail mount or get a mount (like the HCP EG-AT mount below) that'll allow you to bolt a 5-spd transmission into the auto EG/DC chassis.

The brake pedal in an auto is wider. Switch over to a smaller brake pedal from a manual and it'll be fine.
If you go to the Honda dealer, they can look up all the parts you need. There's a blow up diagram that shows every nut and bolt you'll ever need. The prices on the other hand...
Or find a junked manual EG and take everything off of it.
