Thanks for the vouch, but no it's not. I've had this head back in the days when Viet Lam and Stephan Papadakis still owned Honda Pro and professionally installed by Viet. Head is in very excellent condition gaurantee'd. Anyone who purchases this head will be a satisfy buyer and will see dramatic horse/torque gains, more if tunned right. This is head ported for force induction application but will work w/ N/A also...But will work alot better with a turbokit. Last thing I remember was pulling on a 95 GS'r back in 98 or 99 with my 92 integra when I had this head on and man was that GS'r was shocked. Anyways I wont bore you w/ this story. But if you want to try out the head...here it is.
