Default turbo manifold question.

if i buy a DRAG gen III for my car, then decide that i want to buy a different manifold, will i need new piping before that manifold bolts up? or can i just use the piping that came with DRAG?

I want to know too. Anyone know if the Spark Manifold can use the DRAG piping? Bump.

In most instances, you will be able to use the DRAG Gen 3 piping with the new manifold. You will need a downpipe that will match that manifold though.

you can get it to work, but like ben said, you will most likely need a new downpipe

I went from a drag manifold to a sfp race manifold and was able to use the piping. I also went from a d-series to a b-series and was able to still use the drag piping. The only pipes i had to modify are the 2 that go from the turbo to the intercooler and all i had to do was do some minor cutting.
