what do you mean dynoed at 620 hp?...........was it on a turbo car? is so, for how long, whats the compression?...........if its seen that much HP, its probably really taken a beating
I just dont see a GSR engine dyno'ing that high nomatter what its built up with...well,..maybe if it has a couple oversized turbo's and mad NOS with a set up 100% for Drag racing only.

yall guys are crzy.. the gsr motors are easily capable over 600hp in full race applications.
The motor has 10:1 compression on JE pistons with crower rods. 82.5mm bore. The head is JG proseries head with all the good stuff done. Revs over 11k easily.
HKS head gakset hks camgears using stock cams.
What i am selling is the block and head together as package. The head will complete as well as the block with a turbo oil pan.
theres no nos ever been run on this motor. all turbo at around 30psi of boost on track only days. Probably the motor has had approx 7-8 passes on it in its current trim.
Compression check out at 200 195 200 205 respectivly.

i am selling i have no need for this motor anymore. I allready have a new motor that will be used for the remainder of the season. I am trying to just get rid of stuff that is lying around got too much stuff. Selling the car if the price is right. Doing that because i am building a fresh tube chassis car.
LOL!! what funny *** thread....this site used to be sooo good, too.
if I had any cash at all I'd be buying it from ya in a heartbeat....especially at such a good price...I've sold OE longblocks for more.

Is there any block reinforcement suck as sleeving, pinning, blockguard, etc? Was there ever an damage to the block that was repaired or anything?
NO disrespect but who the hell is "Viren"?
About my "no way 600hp" statement, I was adding to the other questions, just thought Id throw one is. I know that the engines are capable of many things in "FULL RACE" form. I was merely saying "streetable" as if to not have to take your car to the track on a flatbed.
