Default Slicks and Rims Size Questions... did search

Im looking to get some M&H 24.5x8.5x15 slicks, or somewhere along that size, whats the smallest possible width rim can those things mount on? would they fit on a 15x6.5 size rim?

JohnM&H: would u care to chime in and tell me what availabe sizes u have or coming out with for the 15" rims? thanx in advance!

general rule of thumb the biggest you should go would be a 1 inch differance from wheel width to slick width.....

although i do have a 10.5 inch slick on an 8 inch wheel.

I would suggest using the M&H-> 7.5/23.0-15 because there meant for the 6" rim size so you'll get a better contact patch. IMO!!

Well since your already using the 22x8's why not step up to the 8.5/23.0-15's then. Didn't know you where using the other's the first time.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by TurboDANDEE &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Im looking to get some M&H 24.5x8.5x15 slicks, or somewhere along that size, whats the smallest possible width rim can those things mount on? would they fit on a 15x6.5 size rim?

Well (TurboDANDEE) The 8.5/24.5-15 needs a 8"rim size that is what M&H req's now by usesing a 6.5" you are going to push the slick in more and it will cause a crown in the center and you will lose some of the contact patch. I would atleast go with a 7" or better. I hope this helps.
