rebuild, you need the following --> ge sleeves, je pistons, crower rods, lovefab sidewinder, sc61 turbo, hondata, 720 cc injectors, and a few other things. After that your engine will work just fine seriously though, i would just replace the clutch. not too costly either. As far as a rebuild, does it need it?

Its up to you that car has a lot of potential. You have to think do you want to put money in this car? Do you want to sell it? Its up to you its your money.....

Just because it needs a new clutch, you wanna rebuild or sell it? Why not just buy a new clutch?

Um, this isn't really a question we can answer.

Do you want an integra? or do you want a different car?

Answer either question, and you have your answer.

no diss 96 tegs...i got one. nah but i say jus go with the new clutch. ACT stage 2, so u can keep a similar feel to stock but it will grab harder. ur motor is still young. i've known guys turboing motors with 130k and it they run gr8. its all about maintanence and car care.

From what i've heard the bypass valve takes away from the power that the intake provides. If your worried about hydrolock then switch to a short ram or get a comptech icebox

Also, a good way to find out if you need a rebuild is to do a compression test. I've got a local guy that has a GSR. He's on H-T aswell, he ran a 15.0 with his bone stock 95 GSR.....it has 190,000 miles on it. So to answer your question, only rebuild if the car needs it, don't waste money if it doesn't

And definately get a new clutch.

Throw a D15 in there and boost it. You'll be fast.

Yeah the bypass valve may rob you of a little bti of power, but heres what i did abck in the NA days. I had a bypass valve btu it **** on me, so since my piping was alreeady cut, I just connected it with a coupler, and ran no bypass valve, when i knew it was going to rain i would just just remove bottom portion and run a shortram.

Took about 45 seconds to convert to short ram

Oh yeah and get a clutch, what are you talking about rebuilding for?

Get a compression and leakdown test done, and then come back with the results. If the numbers are ok, there is no need for a rebuild on the engine.

among other things.

run short ram intake, or better yet, just ebay that ****, a mod as simple as a intake tub and filter shouldn't be charged at the price AEM & INJEN does.
