That's not the right ratios for base.

It should be

1. 3.266

FD 4.388 TYPE S

maybe the casing, but the internals are very different

1st,2nd and FD are different

I don't think that's the correct Final drive ratio for the EP3, looks more like the type-R FD.

that's the beauty of it. it IS the same as the type-r FD

Yep. I love the gear ratios in the USDM EP3 and this was a big reason I chose it over the base RSX.
