Yes I agree get the bumper off the car or not and use a heat gun from the back and try and work it back to the way it was, this should work as long as it hasn't sat like that for very long. Well hope this helps. Jordan.

imo just get a new bumper. even better yet look for someone w/ a silver bumper, and steel it. jk about the steel part

obviously you dont buy a new bumper for such a small dent. I would take the bumper off and heat it up and try to gently hammer it into place. A dent remover from a auto place for under 50 and if that doesnt work and you have an extra bit of cash. A body shop will remove it for not to cheap.

You also have the option of bodyfilling it but I think itll pop out easy

Get and heat gun and try to reshape it. Some bondo will work. Bodyshops can fix that in a breeze.

no. replace the bumper. its cheap like $100 from a junkyard and would look 10x better than bondoing it

I would just replace the bumper! You won't get it shaped perfectly if you try to repair it.
