Can this dent on my bumper be fixed?
Well hold on your pics don't work for me but I will try something. Well nevermind I can't figure out whats wrong with the pics, it might just be my computer.

Yes I agree get the bumper off the car or not and use a heat gun from the back and try and work it back to the way it was, this should work as long as it hasn't sat like that for very long. Well hope this helps. Jordan.

obviously you dont buy a new bumper for such a small dent. I would take the bumper off and heat it up and try to gently hammer it into place. A dent remover from a auto place for under 50 and if that doesnt work and you have an extra bit of cash. A body shop will remove it for not to cheap.
You also have the option of bodyfilling it but I think itll pop out easy
