Installing springs/shocks/struts/lca's...how long should it take?

I have two jacks, lots of tools, and have plenty of Lego skills.

I've got H&R Race springs that are already mounted in a set of Tokico Illuminas off of an ITR. So I'll have to install ITR lower control arms at the same time. This should be it right? No surprises?

...how much time should I give myself to get this completed? 3 hours? More?

most of your time will be spent cursing at the LCA bolt you have to remove. Good luck
