I painted my Si's this past weekend a very dark gunmetal metal flake. I think they came out awesome.

Seriously, I agree. I don't like the new fad of painting stock wheels. I like Si wheels the way they are.

amen , samething with the gsr wheels

 

might have looked a little better if it were flat matted black, rather than high gloss. The unpainted center caps make it look even cheesier.

Finally...someone that agrees with me that SI/stock wheels shouldnt be painted

Seems like more people like them unpainted. Oh well...I like them the way they are now.

i strongly dis-agree... blades painted that gray metallic color look AMAZING. Do a search on the appearance or itnegra forum, some guy did his and they looked GREAT. However that's the only rim that hsould be painted.

ITs not that i don't like the black, i just think SI rims looks great iwthout being painted.

The motor/turbo kit will be removed and up for sale after Xmas. I have a 600whp setup going in this winter!
