As for a dyno, k-series turbo'd EP3 is probably
the highest I've seen.

not sure if this counts, but there is a guy at http://www.hondawerx.com that has a K20A 7th gen civic. He is pushing close to 500whp with the Cybernation Stage 3 kit. Super nice guy to talk to, says he can barely handle the power on his car.

According to the Dec. issue of Modified Mag it has 440whp and 358lbs./ft of tq. at 25 psi with a new motor capable of close to 1000 whp in the works.

 

in montreal there is a 400hp custom turbo'd rsx-s for sell

 

I'll be upping the boost to 10lbs shortly and I'm hoping for 300whp. That dyno was done on the stock clutch, we'll see how it does.
