I paid him $320 for injectors more than two weeks ago, he claims I never sent him the full amount, and is now ignoring my IM's and Emails.

My friend got his cell number and called him. He didn't know what to say... Still no money or product. Mario is under investigation by paypal. If you sent this ***** money through paypal you can dispute the transaction, and call paypal report this dude. My friend that got ripped by him is in the process of getting his money back...

this has gone on long enough. this guy filed a complaint with paypal like 5 day after he paid me. at first 100 dollars he sent me wouldnt clear, then when they cleared like 2 days after that he filed a complaint with paypal at which time paypal took money out of my account. thats why i didnt send the injectors!!!

First of all, did you totally miss the email where i listed all the transactions I sent you, where ALL of the transactions clearly said "PAYMENT CLEARED" on them?

Hey...

I just met Mario yesterday. He sold me a S4C tranny for cheap. He even delivered it to my work!!! In any case, he told me about the situation with the injectors. So I just want to try and interject some rational thought into this fued.

Now I don't every detail, but what seems to be happening is a series of miscommunications on the part of both parties. Here is what I see happening from speaking with Mario and reading the threads.


---RESPONSE decided to pay Mario for a set of injectors with 3 separate payments. (****Advice... don't ever pay in installments. If you don't have the money, wait until you get all of it, then pay.)

---Mario received all 3 payments however one was in the form of an E-check. He waited 1 week for the E-check to clear. (****Advice... Mario should have better communicated to RESPONSE that he was waiting for the E-check to clear)

---RESPONSE hadn't received the injectors and felt like he was getting ripped off, so he initiated a Paypal complaint. Paypal both pulled the money out and froze Mario's Paypal account. Thereby preventing him from getting the complete funds for the injectors.

---Mario did not send the injectors, because to him, he had not received all the funds for them.

---RESPONSE has continued with the Paypal dispute resolution team and is looking to press legal charges.

SOLUTION:

Man the F**K up and call each other on the phone right now. Talking this out is the best route to a amicable solution. Be reasonable and sort this thing out like adults.

-MARIO: In good faith, send the injectors out with a tracking number to RESPONSE even without the full payment. I don't think he is going to rip you off.

-RESPONSE: Upon receipt of the injectors, cancel the Paypal complaint and return the funds back to Mario.

DONE.

1) I recieved an email confirmation the e-check had cleared EVEN BEFORE i sent the other payments.

2) Paypal emailed me to tell me that while I won my case, I WAS NOT getting any money back.

As far as Im concerned he has all 320 dollars of my money. And I am out of a set of injectors.

As well, black lude has been telling me now for the past 4-5 days he'll send it out "tommorow" and i still havent recieved a tracking number?
