xenon depot h.i.d.
i don't have an EK....i have a '99 CR-V...but i have the xenondepot.com 5100K H4 Hi/Low kit. It's a super easy install...so easy...i made my mom install it! j/k
Everything is CLEARLY labeled and is pure plug and play.
In a nut shell...put in lights...connect to ballast, connect to another part (forgot the name of it) and connect to battery and ground.
i found that the shield helps reduce glare (this was a VERY important feature for me...as my CR-V is a lot higher than others) and light output is 100000x better. I honestly can't drive non-HID cars at night...due to the less visibility i get...i feel as if i don't have my lights on.
Hope that helps.

I have a set of the 5000k H4 high/lows for sale if you're interested in saving some money.

comes with the sheilds! the new kits do anyways...the older ones didn't.
I'm happy with the 5100K...remember the higher the temperature (K) the LESS light you will get. 5100 K was just perfect...the right colour with the right light output
So in summary... Lower K = brighter...more white
Higher K = not as bright ... white with blue tint.
hope that makes sense.
