Default Quick question regarding engine swap

If you were to swap a first gen B16 (obd0) into an obd1 integra, what are you looking at changing for parts? I know the distributor won't work, but can I swap the dizzy and other misc. parts from my B18c1 on there? I'm looking for a cheap fix right now, I don't have 2k to spend on a newer longblock and I need money for a couple other parts.

Also, my B18c1 is up for grabs, complete or parted. I think I bent an intake valve- I will know for sure after this weekend.

Well I'm not exactly sure what differences there are between sensors on the B18C1 and non-OBD B16A. If the B18C distributor will work (possibly injector plugs too) then you might could use your existing ECU and harness......

but then there is the issue of the dual runner intake manifold on the B18C.....

and possibly other sensors not on the B16 that would throw a code if the B18C ECU doesn't see them

maybe somebody else can be of more help?

No.

There is no such thing as "OBD 0". Being that he is referring to a first gen B16, it is clear that he means "non OBD" when he says "OBD 0".

If your running obd1 I believe your going to have to convert it to obd0.
