Me and a friend drove to Philly to pick mine up with his dad's dealer plate. Worst part was I wasn't on his dad's insurance so I got to watch my friend drive my CW all the way back home riding next to him in my mom's maxima
Pick it up it's a memorable experience!

0204 was shipped VIA http://www.horselesscariage.com from ILL to MA.
they are a fantastic carrier who have shipped indy cars, bentley fleets, etc. the truck with 0204 had 2 aston martins and 1 ferrari f50. if someone wants to jack a car from horsless not only would it be close to impossible but they would take one of the rides that is 10x the cost of the R.
if you are not concerned about putting miles on her then fly and drive, if you dont mind spending 800-1000$ then use these guys, you will not be dissapointed

I think flying out and driving back would be a great experiance with your new car. But when I got my R it was in NY, and I was in Cali. I had it shipped on a open truck. aa autotransportaion did it, and did a horrible job in staying in contact, and getting here on the date they told me the would.
He was two weeks late but my car got here in one piece. I think it is worth the extra money to pay for enclosed shipping. I have seen a thread recently of a guy's R getting jacked off the truck. Best of luck with your choice. -Shawn
