i have a b16 in my 93 civic HB, and my question is that i was emmision coming up and since i have a chipped p28 i need another ecu obd1 ecu to take for emissions, now my friend has a 94 VX ecu and i was wondering if i can use that one for emissions, thanks

 

depends where you live and how smog rules are there for motor swaps

 

i mean will the vx ecu work, i heard somewhere that it wont but i just need to use it for a few hours wil the vx ecu work

 

Yes the VX ECU will work, the motor will run a little leaner, so it's debatable if you pass or not. It merely depends on emissions laws. But it'll work.
