E-Brake button...
My e-brake button is peeling and looks a bit crappy. Anybody replace this with something a bit nicer? Where can I get a new one? Can I get just the button from the dealer?
I think you should replace it with an aftermarket button that allows you to disable the ratchet function. I saw a link to the button posted on here about a year ago. When you turn the button to "disable," the e-brake doesn't ratchet, so you can use the e-brake like a ralley car without having to keep your finger on the button to keep the e-brake from locking in the engaged position. It's kind of silly, but it looks fun.

that sounds pretty cool.
Flux - go ahead and grasp the rubber handle firmly while twisting it side to side...it will pull off leaving the button exposed.

if you depress the stock button and drill a very small hole through the handle and the button you can stick a cotter pin through it and get the same effect. you wont be able to do that on the fly though.

Damn I might have to look into that. I make rally style u-turns at least 2 times a day and that e-brake ratchet is a bitch some times.

Who doesn't?
It can be useful to make a u-turn on a 10' turning radius.
