Will no CAT make a car loud even with a quiet exhaust?

I have a mandrel bent 2.25' pipe and an Apexi N1 muffler with no cat.I am thinking about buying something quieter like the ws or rsr exmag and keeping the test pipe. Will my car still be loud? Does a test pipe really increase noise level that much?

it will be a lot quieter wiith a WS exhaust compared to the N1. the N1 is what is making your car so loud, not the test pipe.
