I have a 89 crx hf that is in desperate need of suspension. My shocks are blown so i need a cheap replacemnt so i was looking into the kyb gr2's and teh tein Stech springs, the springs have a 1.5" drop which is exactly what im looking for, will these springs/shocks work good with eachother?

 

The springs are very good, our customers are happy with them. The shocks are stock replacements, but if you don't need much performance over stock, they are fine. Good luck.

 

i have an 88 hb and was considering the same setup, but i think the kyb's warranty is void if you go below 1.5, not like that means ****, but i was reading reviews of that shock and more than a few people said they blew out.

 

i had kyb agx with a 1.5-2 drop they lasted a summer. i had another set at stock height they were fine,
