Default b18b on juice 1/4 time 1rst time

this is my first time shooting nitrous in my car and i didnt do as well as i wanted but i ussually run about a 14.8 consistant with a 92mph
today with a zex 75 shot with street tires, and 2 step colder plugs and 4 degrees retarded i ran a 14.2@102mph this was the only run i ran with juice because the second run i 4got to open the god damn bottle but its ok i still got one week to break into the 13s. overall i do like the nitrous kit, i would like more power out of it but i think a 75 shot is just right for the car. i would like to hear any comments on how that run is and what u guys think i might be able to pull out my *** my next time running

14.2@102mph w/ a 2.3 60'

Um...I dont want to be the first to burst your bubble...

but that time sucks

RyanCivic2000 ran a 75 shot with I/H/E on a stock D16Y8 and pulled a 14.2...you should be well into the 13's with an LS and a 75 shot

EDIT: I see your trap speed...thats good for a mid 13 at least...just as I suspected Try working on your start and get that 60ft down to 2.2

is your ls in a hatch or an integra?

i ran 14 flat with a b18c1 motor and bolt-ons in a heavy si hatch. so you should be in the 13's for sure if in a hatch.

get the 60' down to a 2.0-2.1 and youll have mid-high 13s

he just has to get use to or learn how to use the nawz to his benefit....

with a 2.1 60 foot time you'd be in the 13's.....don't spray out of the hole....unless you have slicks and a fmu....try not to spray under 3500-4000 rpms to be safe....

learn to feather gas not clutch.....clutch will love you for this!!!

fmu?? i thought this is only a n2o not boosted car?

you have to get better 60's and you are there

i am running a stock gsr motor with a 110 shot 1.5 deg timming pulled and 1 colder plugs i am going to go 2 colders

i dont think you have to pull 4 deg timming with a 75 shot

i didint get to the track with 2.5 manderal ex i had 2" at the time and i think the injectors where for a single cam

and i had a slippy clutch

i am destaned for the 12's but now comes the boost

Thats faster(mph) than my setup. For some reason most people on here get about 14.9@90 all mota. Not me with my big 86mph, damn obd2. Do you have header and cat??? I still have stock cat and header . How much did you weigh w/ you in the car??? You just need slicks Also what pressure was the bottle at?

FMU is more considered to boosted cars for raising fp durring boost

and by the way i have a stock reg and no fuel contrroler on mine and i dont have any problems with fuel it is all done with the jeting with the n2o and fuel jets

and please dont use that word it makes me sick

how can you run lean with a wet system??!!?? you're injecting fuel along with nitrous!! if you want to tune...change the fuel nozzles.

and dry systems have electronic fuel controllers.

i do have to disagree with that but to a point

1 if someone put the wrong jet in you can run lean

2 if you have to much bottle pressure you can run lean

3 if you dont have a good enough fuel pump or a bad fuel filter you can also run lean

but if everything is the way it should you cant run lean with a wet kit

notice i said the way it should be

yeah...i guess i didn't apply all those things which i should have. that's why nitrous...if you don't have the right tools (bottle warmer, bottle pressure gauge, nozzle knowledge, etc)...can be very dangerous.

nawz if not done proper like will go boom on your engine...thus the reason for FMU...and injecting fuel with nawz on a wetsystem is an fmu.....and so is a zex kit....uses fpr to add more fuel....but it is know that these systems fail....and cause things to go BOOM.....

so fmu is equal to anything needed to add or control fuel to a system so basically you do need some sort of FMU to run nitrous!

Yeah, NAWZ not done properly will blow your motor up. But it is known that these systems fail??? Mine working for 2 years now with no trouble, and I bought the kit used Nitrous is just as safe as any forced induction as long as its done properly.

Not to mention my coupe weights about 2550 lbs.

With 102MPH trap he can go well into the 13's once he gets better at driving.

That's why I love Florida. I've actually been waiting for this time of year for BETTER 1320 weather.

You heard wrong i guess.

A few ******** here and there, but if you got the ***** to confront them, they'll back off.

Atco's really not that bad. Only thing i hate is having no choice about driving thru the waterbox.

Nice trap speed BTW...
