Default H&R racing springs?

Hey guys, this guy in my local autocrossing club has a set of H&R Racing Springs (red) for sale for around $90. They have about a 2 1/2" drop, and they're stiff as hell. I think the spring rates are 340 in the front, 250 in the back. They've been used for 3 months, and have seen 3 autocrosses with them.

Are these springs good and are they a good buy?

H&R Race w/ Neuspeed Konis... real pimp drop. Rides pretty good on soft setting, but once you set it firmer you start to love it, but girls hate it when they're ridin with you

they are not 340 front 250 rear, and that is not stiff at all.

it is around 450 front and 360 rear, I have 350f/250r on my ground controls and they are no where as stiff as my friend with h and r sports(red)
