Identifying GSR ecu with immobilizer

I know 2000+ ecus come with the immobilizer...but I'm not sure what year the ecu is. I know it is an obd2a. Can anyone help? If I open the ecu...what should I be looking for?

I'm wondering if the ecus with the immobilizers are the obd2Bs, where the three left plugs are used.

you are looking for the only part made in mexico .... the type is small so you have to look hard on the chip the stands up
