Default SRR control arms?

I see them all over here, and never really understand them. Whats the purpose, lighter I know but why would it matter? How much stronger are they..

u mean SRR lca's..they r beefier than stock integra lca's..maybe a lil lighter..but im noy surew...yes they r stronger

Stronger and less unsprung mass. They are worth it if you are running 1000 lb springs. For the street, probably not.

Oh okay, cool.

Im just runnning straight forward Neuspeed Race springs for the track, I do a lot of autocross, so I dont think that its something I need right?>

They'll also increase positive camber a little.
