Default LSD Question

Yesterday I was adjusting my valves and changing the oil and while I was laying under the car I spun one the wheels and I noticed that the other was not spinning. I had the car in neutral but that shouldn't matter. I have not noticed anything as far as noise. I have a little torque steer when I get on it hard in 1 st and 2 nd. Another thing that I noticed, while I was warming up the engine, was the wheels were not spinning. Normally even though the trany is in neutral usally both wheels spin with the engine running. What do you guys think is wrong?

nothing wrong.

You would know if it wasn't operating properly. Either loud noises coming from your transmission or your car wouldn't be moving at all...

Normally that's because the tranny is l00bed up yet, and the gears drag on the mainshaft a bit. If it was moving recently they shouldn't turn.
