Digital Camera question
i know with shutter speed you can make those pictures with the crazy lines etc.. (right? hopefully) but what the hell does this mean?
Shutter Speed 1/1.5 to 1/1000 Sec
is that good or bad? or am i way off in what im talking about? thanks
