Default Speedo Calculations for different tire sizes???

The situation is that I have 4 snow tires mounted on rims that I am trying to unload. They were originally on a '00 civic LX with a tire size of 185/65r14 and I am getting a lot of interest from people with 92-95 EX's with a tire size of 185/60r14 and I was trying to figure out how much the speedometer would be off if someone were to throw mine snow tires on their EX? I know there used to be a calculator somewhere that would let you know how far off the speedo would be but I can't find it right now. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Use a GPS. It will tell you exactly how fast your going to what your speedo says at say 55mph.
